TRAVEL-RELATED SERVICES CONCERNING WORK-RELATED TRAVEL (LOTS 1 & 2)

Tenderers are informed that both FWCs:
- cover work-related travel services to be provided both to members of the staff of the contracting authorities and to any other person travelling in the interest of the contracting authorities.
- include the private component(s) of the travel which may eventually be added to all work-related travels.
With specific regard to lot 1, The framework service contract will be awarded to an economic operator (i.e. the contractor) in order to provide the contracting authority with work-related travel services in favour of the institutions’ members of the staff as well as of any other person travelling on behalf of, or at the request of the institutions, in accordance with the provisions in force.
With specific regard to Lot 2, the framework service contract will be awarded to an economic operator (i.e. the contractor) in order to provide the contracting authority with work-related travel services in connection with the organisation of meetings, conferences and other events, for officials of the institutions, for any other staff member, and for any other person travelling on behalf of or at the request of the institutions, in accordance with the provisions in force.In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section 5.1.11 in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section 5.1.12, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section 5.1.11, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in Section 5.1.11 in order to get notified when new information or documents are published.
