The subject of the contract is the manufacture and supply of a purified, laminin-rich basement membrane matrix of animal origin, derived from the basement membrane of Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS) mouse tumor tissue, for use in biomedical, oncology, cell biology, and translational research. The product shall consist of extracellular matrix components characteristic of basement membrane structures, including laminin as a major component together with collagen IV, entactin/nidogen, heparan sulfate proteoglycans, and other naturally occurring matrix constituents, where applicable.
