Zamawiający uzna, że Oferent spełnia niniejszy warunek, jeżeli złoży oświadczenie, że dysponuje uprawnieniami niezbędnymi do prawidłowej realizacji zamówienia. Sposób oceny warunku: Zamawiający uzna, że Wykonawca spełnia niniejszy warunek, jeżeli Wykonawca złoży oświadczenie o spełnieniu warunków udziału w postępowaniu (Załącznik nr 1 do Zapytania Ofertowego). Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość wezwania Wykonawcy do dostarczenia dokumentów potwierdzających spełnienie tego warunku. 6.1.1. the right to perform a specific activity or activities The Contracting Authority shall consider that the Bidder meets this condition if it submits a declaration that it has the rights necessary for the proper performance of the contract. 6.1.2. sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej Zamawiający uzna, że Oferent spełnia niniejszy warunek, jeżeli złoży oświadczenie, że znajduje się w sytuacji ekonomicznej i finansowej zapewniającej prawidłową realizację zamówienia, w szczególności nie znajduje się w stanie upadłości, restrukturyzacji lub likwidacji. Sposób oceny warunku: Zamawiający uzna, że Wykonawca spełnia niniejszy warunek, jeżeli Wykonawca złoży oświadczenie o spełnieniu warunków udziału w postępowaniu (Załącznik nr 1 do Zapytania Ofertowego).
