Przedmiot zamówienia
Dostawa baz danych fundamentalnych spółek. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udostępnienie bazy danych o co najmniej 250 spółkach z tzw. „emerging markets” i ich akcjonariuszach. Są to w szczególności dane fundamentalne, w tym dane dotyczące struktury właścicielskiej, zarządczej i akcjonariatu spółek, z uwzględnieniem udziału w akcjonariacie inwestorów instytucjonalnych za okres 10 lat wstecz. W szczególności są to dane fundamentalne dotyczące spółek, w tym: - dane w zakresie struktury właścicielskiej spółek wedle inwestorów instytucjonalnych (uwzględniając ostatnie zmiany w tejże strukturze); - dane w zakresie struktury właścicielskiej spółek wedle funduszy należących do inwestorów instytucjonalnych (uwzględniając ostatnie zmiany w tejże strukturze); - dane w zakresie zarządzanych aktywów (na poziomie instytucjonalnym i funduszowym); - dane w zakresie profili zawodowych i danych kontaktowych do osób zarządzających i ekspertów z powyższych podmiotów na poziomie funduszowym i analitycznym. Wykonawca gwarantuje dostęp do danych w trybie ciągłym 24/7, z uwzględnieniem najbardziej aktualnych danych rynkowych. Baza danych będzie udostępniona on-line. Wykonawca zapewnia możliwość eksportu danych do MS EXCEL. The subject of the order is to provide a database of at least 250 companies from the so-called "emerging markets" and their shareholders. Dodatkowe warunki udziału
Z postępowania wykluczeni są Wykonawcy powiązani z Zamawiającym osobowo lub kapitałowo. Przez powiązania kapitałowe lub osobowe rozumie się wzajemne powiązania między Zamawiającym lub osobami upoważnionymi do zaciągania zobowiązań w mieniu Zamawiającego lub osobami wykonującymi w imieniu Zamawiającego czynności związane z przygotowaniem i przeprowadzaniem procedury wyboru wykonawcy, a wykonawcą, polegające w szczególności na: 1) uczestniczeniu w spółce, jako wspólnik spółki cywilnej lub spółki osobowej, 2) posiadaniu co najmniej 10% udziałów lub akcji, 3) pełnieniu funkcji członka organu nadzorczego lub zarządzającego, prokurenta, pełnomocnika, 4) pozostawaniu w związku małżeńskim, w stosunku pokrewieństwa lub powinowactwa w linii prostej, pokrewieństwa drugiego stopnia lub powinowactwa drugiego stopnia w linii bocznej lub w stosunku przysposobienia, opieki lub kurateli. W celu potwierdzenia, że powiązanie (w rozumieniu opisanym powyżej) nie występują Oferent składa oświadczenie zawarte w Załączniku nr 1 - Formularzu ofertowym.
